Hi Legends! Welcome to another exciting update from our Learning Universe! This February, we’re thrilled to introduce you to the latest additions to our ever-expanding array of science classroom games, designed to engage and inspire your students. Before we jump into these new games, a note on what you will find below: all of our new games are listed first with brief descriptions, followed by a few featured games with more information about them.

New Games in Grades 3-5

- 3, 2, 1… fire! Use your slingshot to learn how Adaptation occurs among different species in Fling To Adapt.
- Learn about Factors Influencing Motion: Newton’s First and Second Laws by playing basketball in the Newton Basketball Association.
- Mix atoms to create Molecules and Compounds using the Super Molecule Mixer.

Mix on Mars — Elementary Science (Chemical Reactions)

Take the scientist role, sent to the first-ever base on Mars. Experiment with mixtures, physical and chemical changes, and discover new and never-seen-before substances. Try to create different states of matter using the mixer, filter, cooler, and heater. See what is the difference between chemical and physical changes as you never did!
Motion Target — Elementary Science (Transfer of Motion Energy)

Use your air hockey skills to solve puzzles and learn about motion and energy at the same time! Every mini-game will challenge you to plan your strategy using the basics of physics and the transfer of motion energy in different ways. By doing so, students will notice and understand how energy changes and flows in our world.
Camp Heat — Middle Science (Heat as Energy Transfer)

Learn about the basics of heat and the types of heat transfer in Camp Heat by using a thermometer, heating and cooling water, matching words with concepts, starting a fire, and cooking a soup in different mini-games.
