Concepts Covered

Use properties to show the addition and subtraction of rational numbers (with negative numbers). Communitive and associative property are used when canceling additive inverses as it can be done in any order. Use the distributive property to separate the negative symbol from an integer. Additive inverse property is used to describe how opposites will always sum to 0.
