Concepts Covered

Divide whole numbers with two-digit divisors with and without remainders. Divide whole numbers with three-digit divisors with and without remainders. Decompose the dividend into base-ten units and find the quotient place by place, starting from the highest place. Understand that algorithms for multiplication and division are abbreviations for reasoning about quantities. Estimate quotients and adjust when necessary to be exact. Remainders can be expressed as decimals or fractions.
